When will my order be sent?

We pack orders daily and aim to dispatch within 48hrs of receiving your order, though please allow extra time during sale periods.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australia Post Standard Post: Estimated 2-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other Australian locations.

Australia Post Express Post: Estimated 1-2 business days for delivery throughout WA and to interstate capital cities and metro areas, excluding NT. Estimated 2-5 business days for all other Australian locations.

Of course! We exclusively ship Australian orders with Australia Post.

How do I submit a return?

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email
  2. Put “RETURN + your order number” in the subject line
  3. Please tell us why you are requesting a return/exchange

Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I get a refund?

At this time we are unable to offer refunds for returns. Any approved returns will be issued with store credit in the form of a gift card.

Help my order arrived damaged or faulty!

In the unlikely event you receive an item which is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email at as soon as possible and include photos of the fault. We will treat this with the highest priority.



How do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!

Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as all stock arrives at The Mylk Society HQ.

If you have items within your order that are already in stock, they will be dispatched altogether with your entire order. If you'd like to receive your in-stock item before the pre-order item arrives, please email us at Please note, you may be charged a separate shipping charge.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Discount codes cannot be used with bundles, or on clearance or sale items.

All discount codes are deactivated during sale periods such as Mother's Day and Black Friday etc unless otherwise specified.

Please ensure to review your cart at the time of checkout as we cannot apply a discount code after you make a payment.

My size is sold out!

We know how frustrating it is when your size is sold out. If you click on the sold out size on the product page, you’ll be able to enter your email to be notified as soon as your size is back in stock.

Are your sizes in AUS or US?

The Mylk Society is an Australian label, so all of our sizes are AUS sizing.
