Shipping
All orders are shipped by Australia Post from The Mylk Society HQ in Perth, Western Australia.
We pack orders daily and aim to dispatch within 48hrs of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during sale periods.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Once parcels leave our HQ, delivery time is up to Australia Post and may vary depending on their peak times.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from a courier handling.
Australian Orders
Standard Shipping
- $10 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $100
- Estimated 2-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other Australian locations.
Express Shipping
- $15 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $200
- Estimated 1-2 business days for delivery throughout WA and to interstate capital cities and metro areas, excluding NT. Estimated 2-5 business days for all other Australian locations.
New Zealand Orders
Standard Shipping:
- $15 AUD flat rate on orders under $100 AUD
- $5 AUD for orders over $100 AUD
Express Shipping:
- $25 AUD flat rate on orders under $200 AUD
- $10 AUD for orders over $200 AUD
We use Australia Post as our main carrier and delivery times will vary depending on if you are in a metro or regional area.
All Other International Orders
Standard Shipping:
- $20 AUD flat rate on all orders
- Estimated delivery between approximately 5-20 business days depending on your country
Please note that any import duty and taxes are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees after an order has been placed for more remote international destinations.
