1. Water
Technically, water is a type of food. However, water is the most important element that will make you have an adequate breast milk supply. You do not need to drink gallons of water a day, but you should be adequately hydrated. At least 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Oats
Oats are helpful to lower your cholesterol, but increase breast milk supply is a tremendous additional benefit that you would get by eating oats.
3. Cake
Not an ordinary type of cake, but a special lactation cake which contains oats.
4. Garlic
It does not mean you should eat an intact garlic at once. Simply add the garlic to your food not only makes your food tasteful, but also could boost breast milk supply.
5. Carrot
Carrots are a source of healthy foods that are rich in carbohydrates and beta-carotene. Eat carrots as an occasional snack to boost your potassium.
